Trust & Confidentiality
Precise boundaries before confidential material moves.
Trust begins with controlled first contact, minimum necessary material and written scope — not unsupported security claims.
Non-sensitive background first
Initial contact identifies the matter, record types, pending decision and likely internal route.
No full file at first contact
Do not send confidential, privileged, personal or full-repository material through email or LinkedIn initially.
Agreed material-transfer route
Confidential material is accepted only after scope, authority and a suitable transfer route are confirmed.
NDA where required
If confidentiality must be arranged before further detail, state that in the initial message without attaching the file.
Minimum necessary material
Only records required for the agreed matter and documentary boundary should be provided.
Bounded output and permitted use
Each released outcome states its matter, basis, cut-off, purpose, audience, limitations and permitted use.
Claims RGRA does not make without evidence
RGRA does not publish unsupported claims about certification, data residency, encryption, hosting, backup, deletion or guaranteed security. Engagement-specific requirements are confirmed before confidential intake.
