The narrowest position the reviewed record supports at the stated cut-off.
Required qualifications
Conditions, limitations or wording that must remain attached.
What changed or was superseded
Records or assumptions that no longer carry the same operative status.
What remains unresolved
Missing, conditional, conflicting or unsupported points that still block reliance.
What the client provides
- A short background and the pending decision or reliance point.
- The relevant period and approximate documentary window.
- Typically up to 20 agreed core records for a bounded review.
- The intended use, accountable owner and known timing.
What the client receives
- A concise written outcome with scope, cut-off and reviewed basis.
- The position supported by the record, where one can be stated.
- Qualifications, superseded points and unresolved matters.
- A workable next route where the current record is insufficient.
Bounded outcome protection
Every review ends in a written outcome.
Where the record supports a current position, RGRA issues a File-Position Note. Where it does not, the outcome states what cannot yet be supported, what remains missing or unresolved, and whether a workable next route exists.
How the engagement moves
Background
Short non-sensitive written summary or a 20-minute scoping call.
Fit and proposal
Written fit confirmation, bounded scope, fee and intake conditions.
Material gate
Authority, documentary boundary and material sufficiency are confirmed.
Written outcome
Review, quality control, release and structured close-out.
The Decision-Basis Review produces a bounded written record position within the agreed scope, cut-off and purpose. It does not replace legal, audit, claims, assurance, safety or operational authority.
