About RGRA

Founder-led decision-basis reviews for critical project records.

RGRA is used where records exist but the next handover, payment, closure or programme decision cannot yet rely on one clear current written position.

Direct Founder control

I lead scope and analysis personally. I produce and release the written outcome. Each engagement is fixed-scope and bounded to the agreed records, cut-off, purpose and permitted use.

A scoping call is available where useful, but substantive conclusions remain written. RGRA does not substitute for legal, audit, claims, assurance, engineering, safety or operational authority.

What RGRA is built to leave behind

A concise written outcome stating what the reviewed record supports, the qualifications that must remain attached, what changed or was superseded, what remains unresolved, and the next workable route where the record is insufficient.
