How to begin

Three engagement lines, one written-only model.

RGRA engagements begin with the lightest possible commitment — a written reconstruction of one real workflow. We work with one coordination counterpart, using evidence you choose to share. Every option below leads to a signed, audit-ready blueprint – not software.

Entry point

3–Day Mini Proof

One real workflow, reconstructed in writing only.

Purpose. Quietly test the method on a single, high-friction flow.

  • You nominate one real incident, outage or contractor-heavy workflow.
  • We reconstruct the evidentiary chain end‑to‑end using written inputs.
  • We map events, responsibilities, proofs and truth-strength (hard / soft / narrative).

What you receive.

  • Reconstruction pack – one single-chain timeline with evidence classifications.
  • Breakpoints view – where evidence and responsibility currently drift.
  • Read‑through note for executive, audit and legal counterparts.

Live conditions

30–90 Day Pilot

Evidence chain operated in production on 3–5 flows.

Purpose. Prove that a designed evidence chain can run in daily operations.

  • Select 3–5 high‑risk flows (e.g. hydrogen, water, outages, contractor hand‑offs).
  • We design one evidence chain per flow, aligned with your obligations.
  • Your teams operate the chains in live conditions for 30–90 days.

What you receive.

  • Blueprint – signed, repeatable design for each flow.
  • Field pack – concise templates and prompts your teams can run without RGRA.
  • Governance summary – replayable pack for boards, audit and regulators.

Ongoing function

Evidence Stewardship

Discrete, ongoing support for evidence-critical domains.

Purpose. Keep high-risk flows on one evidentiary track as programmes scale.

  • Quarterly review of selected flows and their evidence performance.
  • Support to internal audit, risk and assurance teams on specific reviews.

What you receive.

  • Stewardship notes – concise written reports on drift, gaps and corrections.
  • Updated blueprints as new partners, contracts or technologies enter.
