You nominate one real incident, outage or contractor-heavy workflow.
We reconstruct the evidentiary chain end‑to‑end using written inputs.
We map events, responsibilities, proofs and truth-strength (hard / soft / narrative).

Live conditions

30–90 Day Pilot

Evidence chain operated in production on 3–5 flows.

Purpose. Prove that a designed evidence chain can run in daily operations.

Select 3–5 high‑risk flows (e.g. hydrogen, water, outages, contractor hand‑offs).
We design one evidence chain per flow, aligned with your obligations.
Your teams operate the chains in live conditions for 30–90 days.

Evidence Stewardship

Purpose. Keep high-risk flows on one evidentiary track as programmes scale.

Quarterly review of selected flows and their evidence performance.
