ARTEFACTS
Artefacts
RGRA artefacts are formal written outputs tied to a defined matter, time position, and examined record.
They are issued so that what is determined from that record may later stand independently under institutional reliance, scrutiny, challenge, or dispute.
They do not decorate a file. They leave behind formal written determination.
Artefact Classes
Used where examination permits one governing written basis to be established formally for the matter examined. Leaves behind the singular written basis on which later institutional reliance may rest.
Used where the active record no longer permits one governing written basis to be determined honestly. Leaves behind a formal written statement that singular written reliance is no longer available from the examined record.
Used after accepted alignment, replacement, or formal closure. Leaves behind the stabilised written position then capable of future reliance.
Each artefact class corresponds to a written condition reached in examination, not to a menu of services.
If a defined matter already requires threshold reading from the active record, the appropriate next step is Written Entry.
